Second prize at the Irish Ecological Association conference

Andrew Mooney was awarded the second prize at the second Irish Ecological Association conference for his talk, entitled “Zoos: Does Size Matter?”. This conference was held at the National University of Ireland, Galway, between 10th – 12th January 2019. His talk investigated how the species composition of zoos and aquariums influences visitor attendance and conservation investment in the wild utilizing ZIMS records.
